  Ordered a candy cane hot chocolate, received a gross looking cup of warm water, would have taken back to get fixed but we were already home before we noticed and wasn't worth the gas driving back into town. Staff member sounded like a zombie and looked completely miserable to have served us.

  No one in line, still took over ten minutes to get my sandwich. For some reason they have 5 people at the drive through and only one making sandwiches. 2 people standing around the entire time I was waiting.

  I'm not a fan of Tim's coffee. But we stop at this place every time on the way to Collingwood to grab few sandwiches. This Tim's stands out b/c of the quality of their service and the way the make their sandwiches.
